l really do not know the answer but would be very interested to find out. l do not know if nationalised industries have shareholders; perhaps they will have to give them up for a price.

As l understand it, only the mortgage section has been nationalised. A Spanish bank has bought the savings side, so hopefully they will set a value on the shares.

They may have become worthless. Check with a securities dealer to see.

Those shares will be suspended. Their value will depend on whether they are anything left after the assets and liabilities are taken into account.
