l think Paulson did this by saying the markets were going to crash any minute now without their bailout. What kind of investor wants to hear that? No one would have invested regardless of bailout, the market was already down 300 points even before the congress vote. l would not be surprised though, if they keep scaring everyone and keep crashing the markets to get a new bailout.

Wall Street & Main Street. Unfortunately, we r very much connected now a day.. if Wall street falls so do many families in the united states & abroad. Just check ur 401K lately. Anything that is tie to money will be effected.

l do not think it is planned, but more of a controlled panic! Some one is certainly buying the fire sales today & less couple of weeks. If u believe the rich will let go of their money, stocks, real estates than it is time to sell & live in a cave! if not BUY!

Yes the one who voted against the bill they need to check their record and see what stocks or funds they bought after that to get them at a low price.

Greed is the number one reason we r having to live with these problems, it is not the the middle class harding working people that brought on these problems. People can say whatever they want about President Bush, but he was not the only one that went to the Americans dance party. l am not going to name all the problems we have been faced with, but take for example oil/gas prices, what has happen that they r dropping slowly. Someone wants to say it is the stock market, well then let the stock market drop to the point that someone wakes up to the fact, because of greed of the rich that r walking away with millions & no problems to face, the unknown people r losing everything they worked hard for.

l think this is a ploy to get the American public to accept lots of massive bailouts until the dollar is worth nothing and the country thrown in chaos, as the one-worlders are waiting for.
