shares of Freddie Mac have been skyrocketing this week! at its highest, over $1 increase today before it dropped sharply! then again in the after hours it sinks! l hold shares and purchased at 1.33. do you see FRE being up or down tomorrow? how about next week? and in the long run, will FRE ever be $5? $10 or even higher? or is this a penny stock. need some solid input on what to do tomorrow!

l have no idea about them but l thought l read that the government was taking them over meaning that at some point ur shares will be gone & worthless when they r made into a government agency.

Is there a rational reason on why it can go to $0? Yes.
Is there a rational reason why they could go to $10. l do not think so.

To me, that tells me that odds r the stock should be pulling more towards $0. You r gambling so who knows! l would not have gotten in in the first place. l say if it is money u can afford to lose, then stay in. If u will be regretful that u lost all ur money then u should sell.

The dangerous thing here now is that u will probably ''bet'' later on because of ur success except u will be using more money & it will disappear.
