l do not know who is so sure to say that this is the worst in almost 80 years. If it is true, among 80 years passed (not including big depression times) the biggest drop is about 43% from high.

Until now from the high of 14093 to 9447 is just 32.9%

Or if the index climb up before it reach 7600, this crisis is not the worst in 80 yrs. Is this true?

You have to look at other indices, too. Not just the DJIA.
