Why dollar rate increasing during share market down

Actually the rupee is depreciating and the dollar is becoming stronger and stronger. This is because of the bad economic conditions and liquidity problems here locally and globally

The US Dollar is going up for several reasons. First, most of the rest of the world is in trouble, and their own currencies are suffering. Second, the world is central banks own vast amounts of US Dollars. They do not want the value of their dollars to go down much, so they are supporting the dollar.

But l expect the dollar to drop shortly.
