If you had 10,000$ to spend in the Dow on buying stocks what company would you put your money in? to make the most profit if you withdraw your money at around christmas time? this is for a class not real money l just wanna do good......thanks =D

At this point in time, l would not invest in stocks at all given the current economic conditions. So your best investment would be to buy a Federal Savings Bond and earn a fixed rate of return with no downside risk of loosing your money.
