An unlisted company has not got a share price really. Unless u take OTC stocks then it goes on the last trade (very roughly). Sometimes an unlisted (private) company has shares that sometimes change hands & the directors (if they r allowing trades) will have a rough idea what their shares r worth. Some private companies have a 'secret' auction where bids r put in a sealed envelope & opened at the auction. There is no where the share prices r ''listed'' strangely enough because they r ''unlisted''!
