why again crude oil being falling

It is because there is also recession in Asia, meaning there is a world wide recession probably coming on. So, expect crude oil fall to 50 bucks.

That is just what l know.

Global recession = reduced demand

It is a matter of supply & demand. For any goods this works:

- If supply stays the same & the demand increases, prices increase.
- If supply increases & demands stays the same, prices will drop.
- If supply drops & demands stays equal, price increase
- etc.

With (crude) oil the supply part is controlled by the OPEC (Oil Producing & Exporting Countries such as Saudi Arabia). The supply of oil is mostly fixed. That means that prices changes r mainly caused by demand (not in all cases though). The last couple of years the demand has increased a lot, due to the increased production in countries like China & India, & because waging war burns a lot of oil (a tank does not drive on water).

Since a couple of weeks a recession is starting to begin. You will probably have noticed that sales & thus production has dropped (car industry has a though time). That means demand drops. And therefore prices drop.

The reason that production is dropping is that a lot of consumer everywhere r postponing purchases, because they do not believe in the recovery of the financial crisis.
