Shares have been suspended on the London Stock Exchange & can no longer be bought & sold. As required under the terms of the Banking (Special Provisions) Act 2008, the Government will lay a compensation order detailing the arrangements for compensating shareholders & any others whose rights may have been affected by the transfer.
In plain English, the shares r currently worthless, but in the futre, the English government will offer compenstaion for share holders.
