The market is falling because of uncertainty. Until we get more stability as to how the federal funds will impact the market, and see economic indicators begin to stabilize, it is unlikely for the volatility to subside.

Not sure but, All l know is that panic gripped Wall Street after a dismal US retail sales report reminded investors that consumer spending -- which accounts for the bulk of US economic activity -- is declining sharply.
