Good question.
Massive umemployment for starters if these companies go under.

If the banks go under, the government will have to step in & cover the depositors loses. And this will be with tax money of which we have none. Then we would have to borrow more money which would drive up interest rates & cause prices to rise & more businesses to go bankrupt ect.

So, u care if the banks fail unless u have a farm or can eat from soup kitchens.
