l was thinking that now with the stock market being sooo down and all the prices are getting to be sooo low, what are some of the cheapest and best things to buy right now.
The stock market has to rise someday right... and l wanna be there with something when it does!

Yes, the market will rebound eventually.
But, meanwhile, why tempt fate? Unless
you can afford to lose a lot of money right
now, then there is no reason to!
Read a good book, instead.

People keep thinking this way, then the stock market goes down even more. The whole financial system is collapsing like never before, with the possible exception of the collapse associated with the Great Depression. Unless u have extra savings that u r willing to gamble, why take such a big chance?
That being said, if u have extra savings that u r willing to gamble & u do not care about how unimportant shareholders r deemed (the govt did not even poll shareholders about their opinion on bailouts before voting for them), then u might look into particular stocks & make ur own decision. Who wants to encourage PTM, FCX, or GDX, when they might not work out for you?
Needs to be ur decision. Maybe buying a brand new car would be a good use of ur money instead. Or if u need it, real estate.

Wait for a bottom. The markets are in chaos. My buy list includes COP, BTU, FCX, MO, LANDEC, NOC, RTN, NUE, RIG, MON, SII, AAPL. But, l am waiting. l may miss some of the rise, but l do not want to buy while the international markets are fluctuating wildly.

your attitude is exactly what EVERYONE needs to follow & follow
now. the list is long but what is needed now is support for the Dow 30
Here is but 3 as of friday 10th closing
HD down 52%
MSFT down 45%
MRK down 57%
and pass this message along:
the tech bubble fell 38.6% the now finanacial bust has sent the Dow down 44%.
Thats it, we put the brakes to this fall.
Monday, buy something especially one of the Dow thirty since everyone will be looking for guidance from the big board. We can do this
